What do you use to draw?
A 12.9 In. 4th gen IPad Pro with the 2nd gen Apple Pencil! However, I believe you can make beautiful art no matter what tools you use!

Drawing program and brushes?
I use procreate! It’s an amazing art app that you can get on the App Store for 10$ USD! Sadly, procreate is currently for IOS only :,( In procreate I mainly use the brushes technical pen, studio pen, and the round brush!

Please do not comment on commission prices. Art is a luxury not a "cheap" service. It takes time and effort, so please pay accordingly. Your commission will immediately be refused if you try to bargain with the prices.

Important: Please do not ask me to draw in another artist's style besides my own. If you request to commission me it should be because you like my art, not because you cannot commission your favorite artist at that time.

How to commission me:

Send your request to my instagram, @clooberry, via direct message, or by email, '[email protected]'.
I will either decline, or accept your request.
If you want to go through with the commission, please wait for me to send you an invoice via paypal. Please read my terms of service before commissioning me.

Payment must be made in full within 24 hours. I will NOT start working until payment is received. Once paid, I will start working on your commission. During this period, I will send you sketch shots. If you have any changes you would like, please let me know during this period. If major changes are requested after this stage, you will be charged +3$ USD. Please be active on your preferred form of contact. You must let me know if you are satisfied with the sketch and work in progress shots. If you do not respond for 1 week (7 days), I will drop all work on your commission. No refunds will be allowed. If you will not be available during a certain period of time, please let me know. I will be able to reserve the commission slot for you until further notice.

Once completed, I will send you the final commission via the platform you contacted me on. (instagram dms, email, etc.) I will email you a higher quality version if requested. I will send the watermarked and unwatermarked version (s). I will also send non filtered versions. The watermarked commission file is for sharing online. (instagram, facebook, twitter, etc.) It prevents the theft of your commission. Please properly credit me when sharing online. (links, tags, mentions, etc.) Feel free to use the unwatermarked version for personal use! (sending to friends, family, printing out and NOT SELLING, etc.)

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not allowed to use my art for anything that will bring you some sort of income. Thank you.

Payment will only be received through a PayPal invoice. Please do not try to send me money through my paypal.me link, or offer any sort of game money. Payments can only be made in USD. By ordering a commission from me, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are expected to follow them. This includes promising you will not request any PayPal chargeback or cancellation of payment.

I reserve the right to share your commission on any of my socials medias, unless requested otherwise. I will provide full character credit to you if needed.

Refunds and cancellations

If you happen to cancel a commission before any work is commenced, you will receive a 90% refund. If you happen to cancel a commission in the middle of my progress working on it, you will receive a 50% refund. If you happen to cancel a commission with no further notice, (not responding to updates for 1 week, disappearing from social media) all work will drop on your commission and you will not receive any refunds. So, please let me know if you would like to cancel a commission!

Please provide:

A CLEAR reference photo of the character or person you would like me to draw. If providing a unclear description or unclear reference photo, you will be charged +5$ USD. I will not work with no references or brief descriptions.
